Course One


Learn How To Train and get in sync with Your Mind and Body.
Through these lessons the student learns how to start tapping into their internal power. In this 4 month course, you will learn how to unite and synchronize the mind and body, also how to strengthen the tendons and tone the muscles. This course consists of 5 lessons. Practice each lesson a minimum of 5 times within the week for optimal results. Practice the 5 Qigong (Chi Gung) movements for 120 days to implement into your muscle and cellular memory.

These scientifically proven techniques will invigorate the immune and Qi-energy system. With only a few minutes of daily practice, you’ll discover: less body aches, higher energy levels throughout the day, and more restful sleep at night.
